Return and Exchange Policy

At Pinacle Luxe, we strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Prepare Your Item: Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return Confirmation: We will guide you through the return or exchange process.
  • Refund Timeline: Once we receive and verify your returned parcel, your payment will be processed within 15 days.
